- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Combine the water, yeast, oil, salt and two thirds of the
flour in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.- Gradually add the remaining flour until the dough holds
its shape, being careful not to let it become too dry. You may
not need all the flour.- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead
for five minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.- Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with
plastic wrap and let it rise until it has doubled in size.- When the dough has risen, place it on a floured surface,
divide it into two equal portions rolled into balls. Allow the
dough to rest for 15 minutes before forming your pizzas.Specialty Pizzas

sejak gwgw dapat laptop mungil dari bos, si pico axioo, yg telah gwgw postingkan dalam gwgw.wordpress.com, gwgw bertekat, hari itu gwgw harus belajar renang dilautan ilmu linux…,aneh bin ajaib, dalam tidur gwgw ampe ngimpi meng-install distro linux ubuntu dan upon suse, it’s so strange but real…I do it in my dream…? *terobsesi banget kan*
apalagi sejak 16-08-2009, gwgw habis diikutkan pelatihan zimbra mail sever,di gedung telkom manyar kertoadi…rasanya gwgw seperti mo nyemplung lautan opensourse dan minum air telaga linux….I feel so thirsty about linux…,damn !!…even more so strange, isn’t it ? but I like so much. Apalagi gwgw dipertemukan dengan komunitas opensuse surabaya yg ternyata dah eksis lama. knapa juga gwgw gg gabung dengan komunitas itu…*regred*
the point is, this is my opportunity to develop my acknowledgement…my bos give me, that !….a nice bos, isnt it ?
ok, I dedicated this blog for this opportunity , linux…I want to be a good linuxer….:-)
